We will conduct an executive search exercise based on our Search Methodology as follows. Only upon the successful placement of a candidate, our client will then be paying us a placement fee. In addition, we will protect our clients' identity during the search process. It is only when the candidates are invited for interviews with our clients that they will know who are the hiring companies and relevant details.
