Founder and Managing Partner

Roy Phua has more than 30 years of corporate business and search experience. He has worked in global MNCs, large corporations, Singapore Statutory Board (for example, National Council of Social Service) and start-ups. 

He also had the experience in co-founding and build a technology-based start-up. He fully understands that having the right and best talents is the key to the building and growing of successful businesses and organisations.
