Senior Technical Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telecom sector for Data Centre power solutions in Singapore and other ASEAN countries.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address clients' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Diploma, Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
At least 5 years of working experience in Sales, specifically within the Telecom industry with some specializing in Data Centre Power Solutions
Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
High energy and excellent verbal/written communication skills in English is a must.
Have good aptitude in updating himself/herself with relevant product trends and competitions.
Able to multitask between several complex solutions, ability to coordinate, orchestrate, and communicate effectively with partners and resellers to maintain high service levels in a demanding environment.
Have strong client relationship management skills.
Excellent creativity, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
Have good experience using CRM systems.
Have excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
